Career Development Course for College Students:Reality and Improvement

基于就业压力而开设的大学生职业生涯规划课程,由于缺少科学系统的理念,又因教学内容脱离现实和师资力量薄弱等原因,虽然受到高度重视,却流于形式,甚至有使学生陷入职业主义的负面作用。这就要求我们用一种系统的眼光来审视存在的问题。职业生涯规划课程的设置应建立在培养学生健全心智和宽广的知识结构基础上,引导学生认识自我和社会,通过课程体系和内容的改革、师资队伍建设、教学方式的改进、加强通识教育等手段使其发挥真正的作用。

The career development course has been launched for college students due to the employment pressure,yet because of the lack of comprehensive,systematic concept,a failure to understand the contemporary society,and the shortage of qualified teachers,this course has been superficial and even negative for college students despite the importance that has been attached to,which requires systematic perspectives in examining the current problems.The paper argues that this course should be based on college students＇ sound moral and intellectual development and broad knowledge to help students have a correct understanding of themselves and the society.The paper also advocates that this course can be brought into full play by reforming the teaching setup and content,building qualified teaching team,changing the teaching methods and enhancing the general knowledge education.
