摘要 某钼矿为石英斑岩型矿石,辉钼矿与绢云母共生关系紧密。原矿含钼0.071%,其中辉钼矿中钼占85.92%;含硫较高,达4.87%。针对该矿石的特点,通过不同的浮选方案试验,确定采用钼硫混合浮选—钼硫分离—钼粗精矿再磨再选的工艺流程,获得钼精矿含钼45.09%、钼回收率为80.02%的选矿指标。 A certain molybdenum ore is quartz porphyry ore.Molybdenite and sericite have a close paragenetic relationship.Raw ore contains Mo 0.071%,in which molybdenite ore contains 85.92% Mo.Sulphur content is high up to 4.87%.In view of the nature and features of this ore,it is determined by different flotation formula tests to adopt the process flow of Mo-S bulk flotation,Mo-S separation,regrinding and re-cleaning of molybdenum rough concentrate.Molybdenum concentrate can be acquired with Mo content 45.09% and recovery 80.02%.
