摘要
船公司通过共享集装箱形成联盟,提高集装箱利用率,降低空箱调运成本。由于每个成员追求各自利益最大化,成员与联盟的最优决策往往是不一致的,进而导致联盟不稳定。以合作博弈和数学规划为理论工具,建立了船公司联盟的合作博弈模型,并且设计了有效的收益分配机制,这个机制为成员提供了补偿性支付。在该模型中,分别对联盟和成员的决策过程进行数学建模,运用逆优化技术使得二者的最优决策一致,进而实现了联盟和合作的可持续性。
Carriers form an alliance by sharing empty containers,in order to enhance container utilization and reduce repositioning cost.Because individual member operates according to its own benefits,the member's optimal decision is usually not in line with the alliance's,which may lead to failure of collaboration.Cooperative game theory and mathematical programming method is utilized to establish the cooperative game model of carrier alliance,and effective allocation mechanism is designed to provide side payment to each member.The decision process of alliance and individual member is modeled respectively,and inverse optimization technique is utilized to make the optimal decision of individual member accord with the whole alliance's.In this way,the sustainability of alliance and collaboration is realized.
