摘要
以碱性离子液体[bmim]OH为溶剂和催化剂,由吲哚甲醛与2,4-噻唑二酮在80℃下反应50~60 min,以69.0%~83.5%的产率制备了四种噻唑酮衍生物。结果表明该方法简便易行,产率较高,所使用的离子液体对环境友好,并可循环使用。产物结构经1H NMR和IR确证。
Four thiazolinone derivatives were synthesized by the condensation reaction of indole-3-carboxaldehydes with 2,4-thiazolinedione for 50~60 min with alkaline ionic liquid OH as dual solvent and catalyst the yield was from 69.0% to 83.5%,and the products were identified by 1H NMR and IR spectra.The proposed method is easy,efficient and highly yielding.The alkaline ionic liquid is environmental friendly and could be reused.
