创业绩效影响因素研究:基于机会识别与合约精神的视角 被引量:1

摘要 以往研究中,要么关注机会识别对创业绩效的影响,要么关注合约精神对创业绩效的影响,这种只关注单一变量主效应的研究结论缺乏对现实创业绩效的解释力。该研究采用层级回归分析的方法对机会识别与合约精神的交互效应进行了验证,结果表明:机会识别与合约精神对声誉维度的交互效应并不显著,但对生存维度、成长维度的交互效应却十分显著。交互效应的发现有助于为有效地提升创业绩效提供系统性的解决方案。
