摘要
采用高温型活性藏青H-ER进行上染-固色一步法试验。通过比较传统活性染料上染、固色两步法与上染固色一步法的差异,采用正交试验对一步法染色工艺条件进行优化,即:氯化钠80g/L,碳酸钠20 g/L,染色温度80℃,时间65min。试验发现,一步法和传统的两步法染样的匀染性相当,而且染色牢度也相近。一步法染样的K/S值高、染深性好、工艺操作简单、染色时间短,节约成本。
Cotton dyeing with high-energy Reactive Naw H-ER dye is carried out. Difference between traditional two step dyeing process and one-bath-one-step process is compared. The optimum one-bath-one-step process conditions are determined via orthogonal experiments as follows: sodium chloride 80 g/L, sodium carbonate 20 g/L, dyeing at 80 for 65 minutes. The dyeings of one-bath-one-step process feature equivalent evenness and color fastness, higher K/S values and deeper shade , simpler operations, shorter dyeing time and lower labor cost than those of traditional process.
