定形机在工作过程中排放大量的含油废气,不仅浪费能源而且造成环境污染。设置热能环保装置对油烟废气进行热回收和油回收,是节约生产成本和保护环境的重要措施。以回收一台废气量为9 021Nm3/h的定形机为例,一年可节约燃料费用33.89万元。

To reduce production costs and pollution, heat energy saving devices are installed for the recycling of heat energy and oil from the oily smoke. The devices can save RMB 338.900 thousand Yuan in fuel cost for the heat setting machine with waste gas volume of 9 021 Nm3/h.
