态度转变三阶段视角下的高校思想政治教育

COLLEGE IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE THREE PROCESSES OF ATTITUDE CHANGE

凯尔曼态度转变三阶段理论认为,态度的形成与转变包括服从、同化和内化三个阶段。高校思想政治教育简单说来,就是使大学生形成符合一定社会所要求的思想品德的社会实践活动。从态度转变三阶段的视角看,高校思想政治教育就是促使大学生形成符合社会要求的态度,转变那些不符合的态度的教化过程。

Kelman＇s three processes of attitude change theory hold that there are three processes in attitude formation and change,including compliance,identification and internalization.In plain terms,ideological and political education is to enable students to formation of moral character meet certain social required by the social practice.From the perspective of three processes of attitude change,ideological and political education is an enlightenment process to promote college students to form attitude meeting the social demands and to change the attitude which does not match.
