摘要
用电分析化学的2.5次微分阴极出伏安法,以JM—01悬汞电极为工作电极,在盐酸介质中测定硒。检测下限达0.05ppb,准确度和精确度均可达到痕量分析的要求。试用该法测定31例肺癌病人血清硒的含量并和11例健康对照组进行比较,结果表明肺癌病人血清硒含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。讨论了血清硒与癌肿的发病机理并提出试验性补充硒将有利于病情缓解。
An electroanalytical chemistry method, the Cathodic StridPing Voltammetry
of 2.5th Order Defferential, was applied for the detection of serum selenium ( Se ) . The Procedure was carried out in the medium of 4.5 M HC1 and the working electrode was a hanging mercury drop electrode of model JM-01. The minimal detectable Quantity of selenium by the method was 0.05 PPb, so the accuracy and precision of the method meets the requirement of trace quantitative analysis. By usiug this method, the serum selenium concentration in 31 patients with lung cancer and 11 healthy controls was determined.Results showed that serum selenium concentration in the Patient group was significantly lower then in the control ( p<0.001 ) . The effect of serum selenium on the Pathogenesis of cancer and the therapeutic Potential of supplementary selenium in Preventing and curing it are discussed.
