摘要
以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,利用溶液聚合法合成含硅氧烷丙烯酸树脂P(MMA-BA-VTES)(PMBV),适宜的聚合条件为:nBA∶nMMA∶nVTES=2∶2∶1,BPO用量为单体总量3%,温度110℃。在该条件下,聚合反应转化率达92.5%,分子量3700,分子量分布2.056,产物无色透明。傅里叶红外(FTIR)表明VTES、MMA和BA参与了共聚而非自聚反应。
Orgainc silane acrylate resin was prepared by co-polymerization of vinyl trieth oxysilane, methyl methacryahe and n-butyl acrylate. When nMMA:nVIES=2 : 2 : 1, the amount of Initiator is 3% of total monomers, the reaction temperature is 110℃ and the reaction time is more than 3h, the conversion rate is up to 92.5%, and the product of polymerization is colorless and transparent with molecular weight of 3700 and molecular weight distribution of 2.056. Outcomes of FTIR demonstrate that VTES, MMA and BA copolymerized with each other instead of self-polymerized.
