摘要
目的了解广元市食品有害元素及添加剂污染状况。方法在广元各主要超市、农贸市场等采集276份食品样本,进行部分有害元素及食品添加剂项目检测,检测项次总共708项。结果 2010年广元市本地食品中铅、镉、汞、铜、铝、甜蜜素、糖精钠、二氧化硫、亚硝酸盐、苯甲酸、着色剂的检出率分别是42.22%、45.93%、56.30%、14.29%、86.96%、97.78%、24.44%、100.00%、18.75%、60.00%和0.00%,铅、镉、汞、铝、苯甲酸的超标率分别为:4.44%、1.48%、1.48%、13.04%和26.67%,酱腌蔬菜类的苯甲酸超标率为40%。结论 2010年广元市当地食品金属超标污染情况不严重,但部分食品添加剂污染较重,特别是酱腌蔬菜中的苯甲酸超标率高。
To understand the pollution status of harmful elements and additives in local food in Guan gyuan. Methods Totally 276 food samples were collected from major supermarkets of Guangyuan, 708 items were tested. Results In 2010, the detection rate of lead, cadmium, mercury, copper, aluminum, sodium cyclamate, saccharin sodium, sulfur dioxide, nitrite, benzoic acid and coloring agent in local food in Guangyuan was 42. 22% , 45.93%, 56. 30%, 14.29% , 86. 96%, 97.78%, 24.44% , 100. 00%, 18.75% , 60.00% and 0. 00% respectively; and the excessive rate of lead, cadmium, mercury, aluminum and benzoic acid was 4. 44%, 1.48 %, 1.48%, 13.04% and 26. 67% respectively. The excessive rate of the bezoic acid in pickled vegetable was 40%. Conclusion Metal pollution of the certain food in Guangyuan is not serious, but the contamination of some food additives is worrying, especially the bezoic acid in pickled vegetable.
