洪雅县结核病防治10年规划终期效果评价

Final Evaluation of Ten Years' Planning of TB Prevention in Hongya County

目的分析评价洪雅县执行全国结核病防治10年规划(2001-2010年)终期实施效果。方法按照《全国结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》终期评估实施方案收集全县结核病防治工作相关数据和资料,进行汇总分析。结果 2001-2009年结核病患者登记率从2001年的59.27/10万上升到2009年的74.49/10万,提高了25.68%;9年共发现1 252例涂阳肺结核病患者,新发涂阳登记率由34.74/10万上升到40.55/10万,提高了16.72%;初治涂阳治愈率为91.3%,复治涂阳治愈率为84.5%。结论规划实施10年,提高了患者的发现率和治愈率,实现了规划阶段性目标。

To analyze and evaluate the final effect of the nationwide ten years＇ planning of TB prevention from 2001 to 2010 in Hongya County. Methods Related data and information of TB prevention in Hongya county was collected according to the Execution Program of the Final Evaluation of the Nationwide TenYears＇ Planning of the TB Prevention, and analyzed. Results The registration rate of tuberculosis sufferers rose from 59. 27/105 in 2001 to 74. 49/105 in 2009, increased by 25.68% ; 1 252 smear - positive pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers had been found in nine years, with the new smear - positive registration rate rose from 34. 74/105 to 40. 55/105, increased by 16. 72% ; the primary cure rate of smear - positive was 91.3%, and the retreated cure rate was 84. 5%. Conclusion The plan had been carried out for ten years, improved the detection rate and cure rate of TB patients, achieved the aim of phasic planning.
