儿童先天性尿道瓣膜

CONGENITAL URETHRAL VALVE IN CHILDREN

本文报告儿童先天性前,后尿道瓣膜各7例,均具有自幼排尿困难,尿路感染等症状,均经膀胱尿道造影确诊。7例前尿道瓣膜中6例行前尿道切开切除瓣膜,其中2例一并切除瓣膜和憩室,1例行经尿道瓣膜电切术,7例后尿道瓣膜中4例行耻骨劈开后尿道切开瓣膜切除术,1例经膀胱瓣膜切除,2例经尿道瓣膜电切术,均获得较满意疗效。并对发病率、分型、诊断及治疗进行讨论。

Fourteen cases of anterior or Posterior urethra! valve in boys are Presented. The cardial symptoms of them were dysuria and/or urinary tract infection since birth. The diagnosis was established with the aid of vesico-urethrography. Removal of the valve was made by urethrotomy resection in 6, transurethral resection in 3, pubiotomy urethrotomy resetion in 4, and transvesical resection in 1 . Satisfactory results were achieved in all of them. Transurethral resection of the valve is highly recommened. The incidence, diagnosis typing and treatment of this anomaly are discussed.
