难燃液压液喷射燃烧试验设备的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了加强难燃液压液的难燃性能检测与质量控制,介绍了2种液压液喷射燃烧试验方法,以液压泵系统代替氮气瓶为压力源,通过对喷嘴、液压系统及点火排风系统的选型设计,研制出了国内首套喷射燃烧试验设备。利用研制的喷射燃烧试验设备采用ISO 15029-1评价方法,对具有不同难燃性能的液压液进行了喷射燃烧试验,试验结果显示:水-乙二醇液压液的火焰持续时间为0,无水全合成液压液的火焰持续时间为2.3~9.8 s,抗磨液压油的火焰持续时间为49.8~52.1 s。试验结果反映了液压液产品的难燃性能,因此,此试验设备可用于液压液难燃性的检测检验。 In order to enhance the difficult combustion performances inspection and quality control of the difficult combustion hydraulic liquid,two jet combustion test methods of the hydraulic liquid were introduced.Base on a hydraulic pump system to replace the nitrogen cylinder as the pressure source,with the selection designs on the nozzle,the hydraulic system as well as the ignition and air exhausting system,a first set domestic jet combustion test equipment was researched and developed.The jet combustion test equipment and the ISO 15029-1 evaluation method was applied to the jet combustion test with different hydraulic liquids.The test results showed that the flame sustained time of water-glycol hydraulic liquid was 0,the flame sustained time of the water free full synthetic hydraulic liquid was 2.3~9.8 s and the flame sustained time of the antifriction hydraulic oil was 49.8~52.1 s.The test results could reflect the difficult performances of the hydraulic liquid products.Therefore the test equipment could be applied to the inspection and test on the difficult combustion of the hydraulic liquid.
