摘要
对直接纺细旦POY的生产工艺进行了探讨。通过增设环吹风筒、选择长径比大于3的喷丝板、控制纺丝温度290～296℃,控制冷却风温20～26℃及提高POY的上油率至0.5%～0.6%等措施,成功开发出品质合格的265 dtex/288 f细旦涤纶POY。
We discussed the production process of direct spinning fine denier POY. Through the circular air blow dyrer, selecting the right spinneret and controlling its length-diameter ratio more controlling spinning temperature of 290 ℃ to 296 ℃ and cooling wind temperature of 20 ℃ to 26 ving oil pick up of POY to 0.5% to 0.6% , we successfully obtained 265 dtex/288 f fine denier
