摘要
对竹原纤维及竹浆纤维的基本性能进行了测试分析,通过对各种性能分析比较,得出常温干态下,竹原纤维的断裂强度和初始模量均大于竹浆纤维,断裂伸长率小于竹浆纤维。竹原纤维钩结和结节时的断裂强度急剧下降,不到干态强度的20%,结节强度比钩结强度略大。竹原纤维与金属辊和橡胶辊的摩擦系数大于与纤维辊的摩擦系数,竹原纤维的静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数均小于竹浆纤维。
Basic properties of natural bamboo fiber and bamboo pulp fiber were tested. Through the analysis and comparison of the properties, the following results can be obtained: at normal temperature and dry state, breaking strength and initial modulus of natural bamboo fiber is higher than that of bamboo pulp fiber, but elongation at break is lower; breaking strength of natural bamboo fiber in knotted and looped modality sharply decline, less than 20% of dry strength, and strength in knotted modality is slightly higher than that in looped modality; friction coefficient between natural bamboo fiber and metal roller or rubber roller is higher than be- tween fiber rollers; static friction and dynamic friction coefficient of natural bamboo fiber is lower than that of bamboo pulp fiber.
