颞下颌关节紊乱病的电子病历模板设计

Design of electronic medical record template of temporomandibular disorders

目的:设计和开发颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)的专科电子病历模板,实现规范TMD的临床诊疗行为。方法:依据RDC/TMD的双轴诊断标准,采用Delphi7.0程序设计电子病历的操作界面、医学逻辑关系及相关辅助功能,通过ADO与Access数据库交互连接用以储存数据。结果:该系统已在TMD专家门诊应用近一年,运行平稳,达到了存储和传输病人信息和快速查询的目的。结论:该系统有效地规范了医生对TMD的临床诊疗行为,方便了TMD的临床、教学和科研工作。

Objective： To design and develop electronic medical record system for guiding the diagnosis and treatment of temporoman dibular disorders （TMD）. Methods： The system was realized based on RDC/TMD, with Microsoft Access 2007 serve as the database and Delphi 7.0 serve as develop environment to implement the operative interface and medical logic. Results： The system had been used in TMD clinic for almost one year and ran well, It had achieved the gole of the storage, transmitting and quick seeking of patient＇ s information. Conclusion： This system has greatly enhanced the quality of diagnosis and treatment of TMD.
