氢质子磁共振波谱在骨质疏松诊断中的价值 被引量:6

Value of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy in diagnosing osteoporosis

摘要 目的:探讨椎体氢质子磁共振波谱(^1HMRS)在骨质疏松症诊断中的应用价值。方法:40名(25—62岁)女性志愿者分成两组(青年组、中老年组),行腰椎MR检查。常规行矢状面T2WI、T1WI及横轴位T2WI。采用单体素点分辨波谱法(PRESS)对腰3椎体进行波谱采集,采集到的数据使用SAGE7.0软件进行分析,获得脂峰/水峰峰高(Amp),脂峰,水峰线宽(LW),并计算脂水比(LWR)、脂肪比(FF%)等椎体MRS相关定量指标。结果:青年组LWR平均值为6.204,FF%平均值为0.850;中老年组LWR平均值为21.660,FF%平均值为0.945。中老年组的LWR、FF%明显高于青年组,两组的LWR、FF%差异具有显著性(P〈0.001)。结论:-HMRS可无创性评估椎体骨质疏松。 Objective: To investigate the application value of vertebral proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H MRS) in diagnosing osteoporosis. Methods: A total of 40 female volunteers(age range25-62years)were recruited in this study(young group and old group). All subjects underwent MRI examination.After routine MRI examination (Sagittal T2WI ,T1WI and Axial T2WI ), single voxel(SV)was chosen for the tH MRS acquisition at L3 vertebral body with PRESS sequence. MRS datas were analyzed by SAGE 7.0 software.The Amp of lipid peak/water peak and lipid peak/water peak Width were got.Then the lipid to water ratio(LWR)and fat fraction (FF%) were calculated. Results: The young group average LWR was 6.204, average FF% was 0.850.The old group average LWR was 21.660, average FF% was 0.945. The LWR and FF% of vertebral ascended with aging. LWR and FF% of the old group were significantly higher than those in the young group (P〈0.001). Conclusion: Vertebral MRS can be considered as a noninvasive examination in assessing vertebral osteoporosis.
