p53在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

The expression and its significance of p53 in oral squamous cell carcinoma

目的探讨p53在口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法,检测10例正常口腔黏膜组织和50例口腔鳞癌组织标本中p53的表达情况。结果 1)p53在OSCC中的表达率明显高于正常口腔黏膜组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)p53在伴有淋巴结转移的OSCC中阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与OSCC病理分化程度和临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论 1)p53突变与OSCC发生发展关系密切。2)p53表达可能对OSCC预后的评估有参考价值。

Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of p53 protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of p53 in 10 cases of normal oral mucosa and 50cases of OSCC were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results 1）The positive rate of p53 in OSCC was 58%,while negative expression of p53 was detected in normal oral mucosa（P0.05）.2）The positive rate of p53 in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis（P0.05）,but it uncorrelated with pathological differentiation and clinical staging（P0.05）.Conclusion 1）The mutation of p53 may contribute to the occurrence and development of the OSCC.2） The expression of p53 may be important to evaluate the prognosis.
