肝脏外科感染的治疗策略 被引量：3

摘要 抗生素在肝脏外科中的应用非常广泛，对预防和控制肝脏炎性感染以及提高肝脏外科围手术期安伞起着至关重要的作用。但临床滥用抗生素不仅增加了病人经济负担，往往还可引起细菌耐药、二重感染等难以处理的并发症和肝脏损害，也会给外科医师造成一种假安全感而忽视正确的手术操作。因此，应重视在肝脏外科中正确合理地选择抗生素。
