白卡纸水性上光工艺的纸张变形测试与研究

针对彩色印刷品联机水性上光后的尺寸变化问题,对联机上光后的白卡纸的尺寸变化进行了实际测量,得出了白卡纸上光后的尺寸变化规律。实验数据表明,白卡纸在水性上光后由于吸收了水性上光油中的水溶剂,其纵、横向尺寸发生变化,横向比纵向尺寸变形大。在此基础上,对白卡纸水性上光后引起的纸张尺寸变化进行了分析并提出了相关的应对策略,为指导包装印刷企业的生产提供了理论依据。

Aiming at the problems of dimensional deformation on color printing after online water-based varnishing, the dimensional deformation of ivory board after online water-based varnishing was measured in this paper. And the dimensional deformation rules of ivory board were obtained according to the experimental results. The results showed that the transverse and longitudinal dimensions of ivory board both had deformation. And the transverse dimensional deformation was larger than the longitudinal one. On the bases of the experimental results, the solving ways of the dimensional deformation for these problems were also proposed, which can supply theoretical basis for packaging and printing enterprise to deal with some varnishing problems of print in practice.
