摘要
目的:探讨癌症恶病质小鼠脂肪代谢的机制。方法:建立C57小鼠癌症恶病质模型,观察恶病质小鼠的一般状况,如体重、摄食量、饮水量变化;观察TG、CHOL及TNF-α、Leptin水平。结果:恶病质组小鼠体重较正常组显著减轻(P<0.05);摄食量和饮水量都较正常组减少(P<0.05);TG及CHOL均较正常组明显升高(P<0.01);TNF-α较正常组升高(P<0.01),而Leptin较正常组降低(P<0.01)。Leptin与TNF-α无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:癌症恶病质脂肪代谢机制可能与TNF-α、Leptin等细胞因子有关。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of lipid metabolism in cancer cachexia mice.Methods:Twelve C57 Lewis lung cancer model were established.Physical conditions as body weight,food and water intake were observed and the serum levels of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol,and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and leptin were measured.Other 12 Lewis mice served as controls.Results:In the cancer cachexia group,the body weight of was lighter(P0.05)and the food and water intake was less(P0.05);the serum levels of TG and cholesterol were significantly increased(P0.01);the level of leptin was lower(P0.01),while TNF-α was higher(P0.01),as compared with that of the normal mice.No correlation was noted between TNF-α and Leptin(P0.05).Conclusion:The mechanism of lipid metabolism of cancer cachexia may related with cytokines as TNF-α and Leptin.
