摘要
采用元分析方法,使用国际Cochrane协作组织提供的Review Manage4.2(RevMan4.2)软件,对太极拳锻炼与心理健康(抑郁和焦虑两项指标)关系的研究共14篇(n=1 935)进行定量化综合分析.结果表明,太极拳锻炼降低抑郁和焦虑水平合并后的总效果量分别为d=-0.75、d=-0.90,达到明显效果,说明太极拳锻炼能降低抑郁和焦虑水平,增进人们心理健康.
By Meta-Analysis the use of available international Cochrane Collaboration Review Manage 4.2 (RevMan 4.2) software, Taijiquan exercise and mental health (depression and anxiety, the two indicators) relationship between a total of 14 (n = 1 935) conducted comprehensive quantitative study. The results showed that Taijiquan exercise reduces levels of depression and anxiety effects size of the combined amount of the total respectively, d =- 0.75, d =- 0. 90 , to achieve great results, indicating that Taijiquan exercise can reduce depression and anxiety levels, increase awareness of mental health.
