安徽省长江流域水资源配置研究

Study on water resources allocation of Yangtze River Basin in Anhui Province

安徽省长江流域地理位置优越,水资源禀赋条件较好,随着流域经济社会的发展,城镇化、工业化水平的提高,流域水资源和水环境将面临新的挑战。在对流域水资源特征、水资源开发利用现状及供需态势分析的基础上,提出了流域水资源配置原则和优化配置方案。至2030年,安徽省长江流域配置城镇生活及生产用水量104.8亿m3,城乡用水结构由基准年的42.5%,57.5%调整为54.7%和45.3%。

The Yangtze River Basin in Anhui Province has superior geological location and water resources potentiality. The water resources and water environment are facing new challenges with the development of economy and society and the improvement of urbanization and industrialization level. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics, development and situation, and supply - demand of the water resources, the allocation principle and optimal allocation scheme are proposed. By 2030, the consumption of domestic and industrial water in cities is calculated and the water consumption structure is adjusted and compared with the base year.
