湿润地区区域经济发展与水资源关系模糊评判

Fuzzy evaluation on relationship between water resources and regional economic development in wet areas

为了直观反映同一流域不同区域水资源对经济发展的约束程度,根据南方湿润地区水资源特点和缺水性质,选择与经济社会和水资源开发利用状况密切关联的指标,建立评价指标体系。针对典型区域,提出了定量划分湿润区域经济社会发展受水资源制约程度的判别标准、模型与方法,并通过实例计算进行验证,为湿润地区水资源开发利用评价和水资源配置提供了明确的方向和思路。

In order to reflect the constraining degree of water resources on economic development in different areas of the same river basin, the indexes closely related to the development of society, economy and water resources are selected and the evaluation system is established based on the characteristics of water resources and water shortage in the wet areas of southern China. In the light of the typical areas, the quantitative evaluation standard, model and method of the constraining degree of water resources on social and economic development in wet areas are put forward and it is verified by the analysis and calculation of practical examples. The evaluation system is helpful for the evaluation and allocation of water resources development and utilization in wet areas.
