TPF、PF方案诱导化疗联合同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效观察

The short-term treatment effect comparisons of TPF,PF induction chemotherapy followed by chemoradiotherapy for local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的较TPF、PF方案诱导化疗联合同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法 50例Ⅱb-Ⅳb期鼻咽癌患者随机分成TPF组、PF组,两组均行2周期诱导化疗,诱导化疗结束后一周开始同期放疗,期间观察毒副反应,同期放化疗结束后3个月评价近期疗效。结果两组主要毒副反应均为血液学毒性及消化系统反应,治疗组CR率为92%、PR为8%,有效率为100%,对照组CR率为64%、PR为32%,总有效率96%,两组之间近期疗效有统计学差异。结论 TPF方案诱导化疗联合同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌近期疗效优于PF方案诱导化疗联合同期放化疗。

Objective To investigate TPF,PF induction chemotherapy followed by cocurrent chemoradiotheapy for local ad-vanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Fifty patients with disease stageⅡb-Ⅳb were treated with either TPF group or PF group,Two groups were given 2 cycles induction chemotherapy,then two groups were accepted cocurrent chemotherapy and observed the side effects,3 months after chemoradiotherapy evaluated the short-term effect of cure strategy.Results The main side effects were hematologic toxcity and digestive system toxcity of two groups.CR,PR were 92%and 8%respectively in TPF group,the overall re-sponse rate was 100%.CR,PR were64%and32%respectively in PF group,the overall response rate was 96%,There have significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The TPF induction chemotherapy combined chemoradiotherapy treatment of local ad-vanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma more effective than the PF induction chemotherapy combined chemoradiotherapy in short-term ef-fects.
