膝关节盘状半月板及其撕裂的低场MRI诊断 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨膝关节盘状半月板及其撕裂的低场MRI诊断价值。方法回顾性分析41例经手术或关节镜确诊的盘状半月板及其撕裂低场MRI表现。本组病例均行低场MRI常规矢状面PDWI,T2WI,冠状面STIR,T1WI序列扫描。结果 41例盘状半月板均发生外侧。41例中,板型25例,楔型12例,肥角型4例。其中盘状半月板变性5例,半月板撕裂34例,2例伴半月板囊肿。结论低场MRI能够准确显示盘状半月板类型及其撕裂的范围及程度,MRI是首选影像学检查方法。
