摘要
提出了一种新型单模液/液渐变型光波导模型,理论依据是非极性液体在高强度电场下的克尔效应。采用了多物理场耦合软件对微纳流体微管道模型进行分析,微纳流体管道和纳米线电极结构尺寸对电场强度影响表明,优化设计后的液体微管道可以实现光波导功能。
Set forth a new type of optical waveguide model with monomode liquidgliquid gradation, its theoretical basis is the Kerr effect of non-polar liquids under high-intensity electric field . An analysis is carried out for the micro/nano fluid microchannel model by using a multi-physics coupling software, the impact to the electric field strength by micro/nano fluid microchannel and structural size of nanowire electrode demonstrates that optimized design of liquid microchannel can realize optical waveguide function.
