摘要
光学相干断层显像是利用近红外光成像技术,能提供高质量血管内图像。这项技术已经应用于冠状动脉介入治疗。现就光学相干断层显像技术在冠状动脉介入治疗中的作用进行综述。
Optical coherence tomography(OCT) is an imaging technique that uses near-infrared light and is able to provide superior intraluminal image quality.OCT is now being widely used in percutaneous coronary intervention.This article describes the application of OCT for plaque characterization,incomplete stent apposition,neointimal formation and restenosis in both the clinical and research settings.
