论地方高校图书馆对贫困农民的阅读服务

Local University Library's Reading Service for the Poverty-Stricken Peasant

认为制约贫困乡村发展的主要因素是知识贫困,地方高校图书馆对乡村贫困农民的阅读服务具有重要意义。从分析地方高校图书馆具有丰富的资源优势、现代化文献信息服务设施优势出发,分析高校图书馆向贫困乡村农民开放和提供阅读服务的可行性,并深入探讨地方高校图书馆对乡村贫困农民阅读服务的若干途径。

Knowledge poverty is a primary factor to restrict the impoverished village development. Local university library is absolute- ly essential to provide reading services for the poverty-stricken peasants, and also shoulders a compelling obligation for the social and economic development and the new rural construction. On the basis of analyzing local university library＇ s advantage in resources, this paper comes to the conclusion that local university library should actively participate in the new rural construction, and should be open to the impoverished village. Then this paper probes into the significance, feasibility and the efficient paths of the university libary＇ s reading service for the impoverished village and poor peasants.
