Research on the model of supplier selection in supply chain collaboration

供应链协同设计中,供应商的选择至关重要.基于传统制造企业在供应商选择时不能结合供应链中客户需求的现状,通过分析供应商综合评价指标体系,提出了一种基于改进型QFD的制造企业供应商选择模型.该模型对QFD方法的主要工具——"质量屋"从内容和形式上进行了重构,建立了客户需求与评价指标体系之间的关系矩阵,并利用AHP层次分析法和独立配点法,进行供应商选择.最后结合实例进行实证分析,证明此模型实用可行.

A supplier selection is very important in supply chain collaboration designing. The conventional manufacturing supplier selection being unable to combine with the requirement of customers, a new supplier selection model based on the improved QFD in the manufacturing enterprise has been proposed by analyzing the evaluation index system of supplier selection. This supplier selection model reconstructed the ＂house of quality＂ which is the main tool of QFD method in terms of content and form. The relevant matrix between customer requirement and evaluation index system was established. The supplier in manufacturing enterprise was selected by adopting AHP and point-matcbing method. Finally, the new supplier selecting model has been performed and its validity and feasibility have also been verified.
