摘要 在分析企业准时交货的影响因素和企业内部订单处理流程的基础上,针对制造型企业在准时交货中存在的问题,提出了面向交货期的生产协同模型.根据订单处理和车间调度的复杂性,并结合Multi-Agent的自主性、协调性等特点,探讨了面向交货期的生产协同系统的框架结构与多代理的功能分类,建立了基于Multi-Agent的面向交货期的生产协同物理模型.最后用一个案例分析了所建立的生产协同模型在企业中的应用,缩短了交货期,证实了所建模型的可行性. A model is proposed for production collaboration on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in on-time delivery, the factors that affect on-time delivery and internal order processing system. According to the complexity of order processing and shop scheduling, combined with Multi-Agent's autonomy, coordination, the model's framework and the Multi-Agent's functional classification are investigated. Then, a delivery-time-oriented physical model, based on the Multi- Agent, is established. Finally, an application case of the production cooperative model in the enterprise is presented. It shortens the delivery time and the feasibility of the model is thus proved.
