摘要
对高压周隙密封开展三维热弹流理论研究,在润滑理论基础上建立密封理论计算模型,采用有限差分法和有限元法对偏微分控制方程组进行数值求解.计算掌握了不同转速、进油压力和间隙条件下高压周隙密封的性能,分析比较了上述不同几何工况条件下高压周隙密封性能变化规律.
This paper studies the thermal-elastic deformation of high pressure plane seal.The theoretical model is established and the governing equations are numerical solved with FDM and FEM method.The performances of the plane seal with the different operating conditions,such as inlet pressure,seal clearance and speed are compared.
