“醒脑开窍”针刺法配合口腔功能训练治疗脑瘫流涎症的临床观察

The clinical observation of cerebral palsy dribbling treated with the brain-activating acupuncture combined with oral function training

目的:探讨"醒脑开窍"针刺法配合口腔功能训练在脑瘫流涎症中的临床应用。方法:将70例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组采用单纯口腔功能训练进行治疗;观察组采用"醒脑开窍"针刺法配合口腔功能训练治疗。每日1次,10天为一疗程,共治疗3个疗程。采用教师流涎分级法(TSD)对两组治疗进行疗效评价。结果:"醒脑开窍"针刺法配合口腔功能训练和单用口腔功能训练相比,治疗后疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"醒脑开窍"针刺法配合口腔功能训练治疗脑瘫流涎症,效果优于单纯口腔功能训练,能更有效改善患儿流涎症状。

Objective To approach the clinical application of the brain-activating acupuncture combined with oral function training for cerebral palsy dribbling. Methods 70 cases were divided into two groups,35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral function training. The observation group was treated with the brain-activating acupuncture combined with oral function training. The treatment was given for 1 months. Use TDS to evaluate the effect of the two groups. Results After 1 months treatment,there was significant difference between the brain-activating acupuncture combined with oral function training and oral function training （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The brain-activating acupuncture combined with oral function training for cerebral palsy dribbling is more effective than oral function training.
