摘要
本文对霍乱弧菌569B菌株体外产生毒素的条件进行了探讨。确定了有利于产毒的培养方式、温度、pH等因素,并对蔗糖在霍乱弧菌产毒中的作用进行了讨论。
The conditions of secretive enterotoxin of vibrio cholera 569B were exp lored. The continuous stirring culture ( 270 rpm ) was the optimum culture method. Vibrio cholera secreted more enterotoxin at 30℃ than at 37℃.PH values tested were 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 and 10 respectively, And pH 7 is suitable for vibrio cholera to secrete enterotoxin. It can promote the secretion of enterotoxin if sucrose and sodium bicarbonate were added to the syncase medium.
