我国高等教育改革逾30年,但走向世界一流大学的呼声仍然未能成为现实。创业型大学具有强有力的驾驭核心、拓宽的发展外围、多元的资助、激活的学术心脏地带和整合的创业文化五大特征,这些为我国大学变革提供了很好的借鉴。创业型大学作为大学发展的新模式,它及时地将科研转化为社会生产力从而提高了大学的建设水平。为此,建立有效的管理体制、开放的运行机制、动态的创新平台和独特的校园文化是建设高水平大学的必要举措。

Though 30 years has passed since the reform in China＇s higher education,the dream of building world-famous universities has not come true.The entrepreneurial university has a powerful force of manipulation,expanded periphery for development,diversity of financial support,an active academic area,and integration of the entrepreneurial culture.All these features can be used for reference in the reform of China＇s colleges and universities.As a new model for the development of universities,the entrepreneurial university can raise its level by turning scientific research into productivity in time.In order to build quality universities,measures must be taken to establish an effective management system,an open operational mechanism,a dynamic platform for innovation,and a unique campus culture
