摘要
课程改革是高职教育改革的重心内容。首先在高职院校人才培养目标中的变与不变,包括,各类学校培养的学生最终服务社会是不变的,可变的是以什么方式服务社会;学校培养高素质人才的追求是不变的,可变的是"高素质"的完备性在不同地方、不同层次里、不同时代中的理解是不同的;高职院校以培养面向生产第一线需要的高技能人才为己任的功能是不变的,但它的这种培养作用是可被替代的。其次是课程改革中的变与不变,包括,课程作为教学载体是确定不变的,可变的只是如何设置课程、课程的结构搭配以及课程的实施方式;每个学校总有自己的课程观这是确定的,可变的是每个学校选择什么样的课程观;课程要进行改革是确定的,但课程改革的突破口选择是可变的。
Reform of the curriculum is vital to the reform of higher vocational education.It will benefit the reform to clarify several issues about what should be changed and what must keep unchanged.Initial consideration should be given to the changeable and the unchangeable in producing talents.Specifically,it remains unchanged that the students must ultimately serve society,yet the particular way of the service may be changed;the pursuit of breeding high-quality talents must remain unchanged,yet there may be a change in understanding "high-quality" with the change of the places,the levels and the times;and it keeps unchanged that vocational schools must breed talents directly for the front-lines of production,but this function can be replaced somehow.Second consideration should be given to the changeable and unchangeable in the reform of curriculum.While it can never be changed that curriculum or the set of courses is the carrier of education,changes may be adopted in the design,the structural collaboration and the conduct of the courses.While every school must have its philosophy in its curriculum,the philosophy may vary from school to school.While it is an unchangeable goal to reform the curriculum,the breakthrough of the reform can be changed.
