摘要
《教育规划纲要》战略主题彰显了"大教育观"育人的新理念和实践,凸显了学校德育发展的新主题:"四个加强"打牢了学校育人的共同思想基础";四个重视"拓展了学校育人的新内涵";四个学会"提出了学校育人的新要求;"三个统一"强调了学校育人的新途径。体现在育人实践中,就是着力解决好"培养什么人、怎样培养人"的问题。
The strategic themes of National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programs manifest new idea and practice of Omnibearing Education View,they demonstrate the new themes of school moral development: "Four Reinforce's" lay a solid common ideological foundation for school moral education;"Four Stress's" expand the new content for school moral education;"Four Learning's" put forward new requirements for school moral education;"Three Unity's" emphasize the new path for school moral education.It is also reflected in resolving the major problem of "what kind of students we educate and how we educate students" in the practice of education.
