高职院校特色化办学道路的规划模型

摘要 高职院校特色化办学道路的耦合设计模型兼备自主演化与理性设计的优点,能够最大限度地提高特色化办学的效率,其技术路线是:首先,在统筹环境和组织分析的基础上形成特色化办学意图;其次,经过价值判断形成明确的特色化办学主题;再次,组织各类要素,构建并耦合和则体系与谐则体系,形成实施特色化办学主题的运行和保障机制;最后,在适当时机评估特色化办学的绩效。 The coupled design model of characterized school-running for higher vocational colleges(hereafter as HVC) has such excellences both of autonomic evolution model and rational design model that it can enhance the characterized school-running efficiency as utmost as possible. Its technical route shows as follows: firstly, the characterized school-running intent should emerge on the base of the analysis of HVC's environment and organization; secondly, the clear and definite characterized school-running theme would come into being after its value judgment; thirdly, the operation and safeguard mechanisms for the implement of characterized school-running theme might take their shape as soon as both He principle and Xie principle have been established and coupled each other after the organization of all kinds of elements in HVC~ finally, the characterized school-running performance should be appraised at some appropriate time.
