航空不安全事件信息报告的常见问题及建议

The Problems and Suggestions of Aviation Unsafety Event Information Report

针对网络报送航空不安全事件信息中存在的标题不规范、文字表述有漏洞、事件性质定性不准、报送不规范、内容不齐全等问题，逐项进行分析，提出了做好内部信息沟通、实现多途径信息整合、确保工作闭环等建议。

Based on analysis the problem of network submit unsafety events information, such as non-standardized title, loopholes in the text representation, inaccurate qualitative nature of the incident, non-standard submitting, incompleted contents and so on, we propose some suggestion from a good internal communication, achieve multi-channel information integration and ensuring closed loop.
