儿童支原体肺炎的X线诊断分析及临床特征

Diagnosis of Child Mycoplasma Pneumonia By X-ray

目的通过分析儿童支原体肺炎的胸部X线表现及临床特征。方法回顾性分析78例MP-IgM阳性支原体肺炎患儿的X线表现和临床特征。结果间质浸润23例(29.5%);小斑片或扇形浸润型28例(35.9%);肺门阴影增浓l5例(19.2%);节段或叶型实质浸润12例(15.4%),均有咳嗽,伴有发热症状。结论小儿支原体肺炎X线表现各异,易混淆,应结合X线征象、临床及实验室检查,进行早期诊断。

Objective To study the X--ray characteristics in child with mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods The chest radiographs and clinical records of 78 consecutive patients with serologically positive IgM were reviewed.Results Interstitial infiltration 19 cases（29.5%）lsmall spot or fan-shaped infiltration was shown in 28 cases（35.9%）~shadow of the hilum pulmonis thicken in 11 enses（19.2%）~segment or big leaf type infiltration 10 cases（15.4%）,Clinical manifestations are cough or fever.Cor^lusion Child mycoplasmal pneumonia shows varied X--ray performance and easy to confused, according to X--ray,the combination of clinical and the laboratory checks,carries on the early diagnosis.
