经尿道汽化电切技术治疗表浅性膀胱肿瘤30例临床分析

Transurethral Vaporization Resection in the Treatment of Superficial Bladder Cancer 30 Cases

目的探讨经尿道汽化电切技术治疗表浅性膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法将我院2007年1月至2011年1月收治的60例表浅性膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组行开放性手术,观察组应用经尿道汽化电切技术,比较2组的疗效及并发症情况。结果 2组均顺利完成手术,其中观察组患者术后均未发生膀胱穿孔、闭孔神经反应、电切综合征等并发症,对照组术后3例出现膀胱穿孔,经紧急抢救修补成功。观察组患者平均手术时间为(39.5±2.1)min,术中平均出血量为(74.5±13.2)mL,平均住院时间为(6.2±2.0)d,上述指标均明显短于对照组,2组上述指标分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组术后并发症3例,多余观察组,2组并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道汽化电切治疗表浅性膀胱肿瘤手术效果优于传统手术,并发症少,患者痛苦小,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To evaluate transurethral transurethral treatment of superficial bladder cancer treatment. Methods 60 patients with superficial bladder cancer patients as research subjects,randomly divided into control group and observation group of 30 patients in the control group underwent open surgery,application of the observation group transurethral transurethral techniques were compared the efficacy and complications.Results Both groups were successfully operated,which were not observed in patients after blitdder perforation,obturator nerve response,transurethral resection syndrome and other complications in the control group after 3 cases of bladder perforation was repaired by the emergency rescue.Observation group patients mean operative, mean blood volume, the average length of stay were significantly shorter than the control group,two groups of the indicators were compared,the difference was statistically significant（P〈：0.05）.Conclusion urethra transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumors better than the traditional surgery,fewer complications,patients with＇pain,is worthy of extensive promotion.
