摘要
基于工程机械柴油发动机油门节能控制系统的硬件设计,建立了控制系统数学模型,研究了PID控制策略。对PID参数进行了反复整定和数字仿真分析,仿真结果表明:PID控制后的系统响应快、无超调、没有稳态误差,实现了良好的控制效果。
Based on the design of the hardware of the energy-saving system of the throttle of the diesel engine of engineering machinery, a mathematical model for the control system is developed in the paper,with the control strategy of the PID studied. Then,the parameters of the PID are set repeatedly and analyzed by means of digital simulation. The results of the simulation show that the PID-controlled system is quick in response,and has neither overshooting nor steady-state error,thus achieving a very good control effect.
