摘要
目的分析慢性阻塞性肺病继发真菌感染的高危因素,探讨其预防手段及护理对策,并总结相关临床及护理经验。方法回顾性分析我院2009年至2011年40例慢性阻塞性肺部疾病患者的临床资料。结果本组患者中,治愈或好转38例,死亡2例。结论合理的护理干预能够有效降低慢阻肺继发真菌感染的发病率,值得临床推广。
Objective Analyze the risk factors of secondary pulmonary fungal infection in patients, explore the prevent- ing and nursing intervention,summarize related curing and nursing experience.Methods Retrospectively analyze 40 cases of COPD inpatients which were all collected between 2009 to 2011.Results In this group, 38 patients were cured or get better,2 patients died.Conclusion Reasonable nursing intervention can effectively reduce the secondary pulmonary fungal infection in patients with COPD and deserves application.
