果蝇昼夜节律16维数学模型的构建及数值模拟

摘要 基于包含果蝇生物钟两个基因per和clk的已有数学模型,增加基因tim对生物钟系统的影响作用,构建了一个果蝇的16维数学模型并进行昼夜节律的仿真研究。数值仿真实验表明,所提出的16维模型比低维的模型有相同的振荡频率,但却有着更广的振荡区间。 Based on the existing drosophila model of the two genes per and clk, a 16-variable model of the circadian rhythms is constructed by introducing the gene tim and simulate the rhythm by using Matlab. The simulation results show that the period of the model is similar to the existing one but the oscillation range is wide.
