摘要
目的:建立加味藿香正气丸中百秋李醇的GC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:非极性毛细管柱AT.SE-54(15 m×0.25 mm×0.33μm);柱温采用程序升温:起始150℃,保持23 min,8℃/min升至230℃,保持2 min;进样口温度:280℃;检测器(FID)温度:280℃;载气:氮气,流速为1.0 mL/min;进样量2μL。结果:百秋李醇在0.12~0.36 mg浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为97.01%,RSD=1.85%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、准确、稳定、重现性好,可作为加味藿香正气丸质量控制的方法之一。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Patchouli alcohol in Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pill by gas chormatography(GC).Methods:Chromatographic column:capillary column AT.SE-54(15 m×0.25 mm×0.33 μm)with flame ionization detector were used.The increase of column temperature was controlled by programming,the initial temperature was 150 ℃ for 23 min at 8 ℃/min,then rose up to 230 ℃ for 2 min.The injector and detector temperature were both 280 ℃.the flow rate of nitrogen was 1.0 mL/min and the injection volume was 2 uL.Results:The linear ranges of patchouli alcohol was at 0.12~0.36 mg(r=0.999 9),the average recoveries(n=6)was 97.01% with RSD 1.84%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable,and can be used to control the quality of Jiawei huoxiangzhengqi pills.
