Novel agents research for cancer therapy

分子生物学的发展导致抗肿瘤靶点以及抗肿瘤药物的剧增,新的靶点药物与传统细胞毒化疗药物不同,它们的特异性更强,并且副作用更少。对此,我们通过对近年来国外有关细胞信号传导类药物、细胞内信号激酶类药物、肿瘤脉管系统类药物以及表观遗传调节因子相关药物等文献进行了回顾,搜集了得到大家广泛关注的一系列的肿瘤靶点及其一些将来可能进入早期临床试验的药物进行简单的介绍,希望能对肿瘤的临床治疗提供一些帮助。

Advances in molecular biology have led to an explosion in the number of potential cancer targets and a rich pipeline of anticancer drugs.In contrast to conventional cytotoxic chemotherapy,these agents possess specific anticancer effects and less toxicity.So,the recent years abroad on cell signal transduction of drugs,intracellular signaling kinases drugs,tumor vasculature drugs and epigenetic modulators drug literature were retrospectively reviewed,some hot cancer targets were collected and some possible future drugs which will conducted early clinical trials were introduced,hoping to provide some help for the clinical therapy of tumor.
