摘要
根据填砂密度对人造填砂模型渗透率的影响,建立了四种不同配方的填砂密度与填砂模型空气渗透率的关系。简要介绍了管式填砂模型的制作方法。通过对两个平行填砂模型的稠油高温热水相对渗透率实验验证了两平行样品的油水两相渗透率曲线基本重合,渗流规律基本相同。大量稠油蒸汽相对渗透率生产实验,证明本填砂方法完全满足稠油高温相对渗透率实验研究工作。能够为胜利油田稠油油藏的稳产上产提供理论支持。
Based on the correlation between sand filling distribution and permeability, four models are put forward;the procedure of sand pack is briefly introduced. Experiments results show that the water and oil relative permeability curves are reproducible on the same sand filling distribution, and the flow regime are alike in them.Relative permeability measurements for heavy oil-steam systems also show the practicability of the procedure of sand pack,which supplies theoretical basis for stable and increasing production in shengli heavy oilfields.
