摘要
克石化I套酸性水汽提装置从2001年建成投产后,原料罐为高含硫高含氨介质,加上装置生产工艺部分高氨高硫的循环也回到原料水罐,因浓度高,故散发的气体均为含硫含氨的恶臭气体,对人体产生了较大的危害。本文对I套酸性水现状进行分析与工艺对比,选择适合自己的湿法工艺设计以及液相吸收剂应用到2009年投产的II套酸性水汽提装置,通过一年应用,环境得到极大提高,并提出设计过程中应注意的几点问题。
this paper describes the new wettability process and liquid phaseabsorbent based on the analysis of the first set of acidulous water system and the comparison of processes. A conclusion is drawn from this application that the environment has been well improved since one-year application of this new technology.In addition,many concerns have also been made in this paper to avoid problems during this process.
