摘要
利用旋转法测定滨南稠油油样粘温特性及其流变特性。研究结果认为:滨南采油厂的稠油胶质、沥青质含量高,粘度高,属于非牛顿流体的宾汉姆流型,流变特性遵从宾汉姆方程τ-τy=ηγ;在举升和输送过程中,维持井筒和管线温度50℃左右即可,并且可以忽略流速对其影响。
The rheological property and viscosity were tested by rotary method. The result is that the viscosity of oil sample was high,and the oil sample was a non-Newtonian Bingham fluid, τ-τy=ηγ;The temperature of well and pipeline should be maintained 50℃, as high temperature may cause energy waste,and the influence of velocity during lifting and transporting could be ignored.
